Victoria was part of the team that launched the Western arm of the media startup Graphic India. The company is centered on bringing the rich mythology of the East and India to a global audience, therefore Victoria was thrilled to immerse herself in the folklore of a different part of the world, learn with the unique demands of a startup, and broaden her horizons with regards to the global market.

During her contract with Graphic India, Victoria supported development of the company's IP across film, television, and digital platforms. In addition to ideating and pitched concepts for screen and graphic novel production, she rewrote and creatively expanded existing story treaments for Indian & American markets. She incorporated her podcast producing experience by spearheading the expansion of company's short story library and developing podcast series adapting them for audio, and she seized the chance to return to talent tracking by building out databases of above-the-line talent with a focus on the South Asian community and markets.

Apart from her creative duties, Victoria sourced and implemented the company's organizational infrastructure and established Graphic India’s US office. She coordinated script coverage of extensive IP library, partly through launching the company's internship program by hiring and training multiple students to assist her.

Graphic India
